Yeah, I get it. You have a lot of southern rock records and you want to be the new Black Crowes. Well, I'll let you in on a little secret. Recycled southern fried riffs, soul-y backing vocals and some hammond organ ain't gonna do it. The semi-raspy voice trying so hard to sound all full of The Blues isn't doing it. That mandolin and the bar piano? Nope! You lack heart, soul and cojones, and in a world where there are plenty of actually good bands doing the 70's inspired rock thing you are only slightly more worthy of my time than Hootie & the Blowfish.
